Groovy Glass has been shipping glassware world wide since 1996, therefore we are very confident in our packaging abilities to get your goods to you intact and on time. Although we package our glassware exceptionally well, unfortunately there is the occasional breakage. We of course will replace the item as highest of priority and at no charge to you whatsoever, but please keep this in mind when ordering, and try not to leave ordering until the last minute.
Your order will be sent via Australia Post with receipted delivery which means the parcel has to be signed for when it arrives at the destination. If no-one is there, a calling card will be left and it will be kept at your nearest Australia Post office for your collection.
Your shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout once your order has been placed, but you can obtain quotes at different stages throughout the ordering process by creating a dummy order- ie. placing your desired products in your cart and clicking the "Get Shipping Quote" link.
Very occasionaly due to cart freight restrictions, freight will not calculate correctly or the freight cost may differ. If this is the case for your order you wil be notified immeditely before we proceed any further with your order and you may cancel your order if you are not happy with the shipping price.
Although very rare, if your goods are delivered damaged, please notify us immediately so we may re-send asap. Please note that we may need photo's of the damaged goods, or we may ask you to return the goods to the post office for insurance purposes.
