Personalised gift packaged glasses for the Bridal Party

Just wanted to write a little note to our Bomboniere supplier who is also doubling as the bridal party gift supplier- Groovy Glass.
Out of their range, we went for Pilsner and Wine glasses for the guests which has both our names and date of the wedding printed with a little pic. For the bridal party, we went for the frosted mugs for the boys and frosted riserva wine glasses for the girls. They are personalised with their names and role plus on the back of the glass is our names and date of the wedding again. We also got the same for the parents of the bride and Groom as a special little treat.
Now these glasses are awesome! I can't wait to see them all out on the tables for the guests and the looks on the faces as they get to have the first drinks of the night out of them!
The service from Lani and the team up there is awesome, no matter how many changes or queries or even problems after delivery - they have been very professional and understanding. Even when having those bridezilla moments (c'mon we all get them sometimes during the planning stage), the team there can understand the rant, put it in a better perspective and reassure the bride that all is ok! Not an easy feat!
For example, yesterday I had a little drama where I found that even though the bridal party glasses haven't moved since delivery, one had broken. As you can expect, I was upset and freaking out about it so I contacted them telling of my problem and whilst I was expecting a cost back to get a replacement glass, because in my mind, that was what would need to happen, Groovy Glass are absolute champions and replaced the glass free-of-charge. Now this was not something I was expecting, believe me and just goes to show the level of customer service they give.

My partner and I had ordered some glasses from your company a few months ago, they arrived and were fantastic. We recently moved house and used the box that the glasses came in to pack some of our breakables, once we unpacked the box we were about to throw it out when we noticed it was heavier than it should be.
