The Annual Bridal Industry Awards are state and national awards held each year to determine the best wedding suppliers in NSW, VIC, SA, QLD & WA. These awards are determined by past brides who have been through the process of selecting their bridal suppliers and have then rated them on the quality of product, service, value and staff.

OUR HISTORY
Groovy Glass was established back in 1996 and we originally traded as Nicole Ritchie Designs. As well as supplying wholesale glasses to the gift industry, we soon became extremely popular amongst Brides & Grooms creating unique personalised etched glassware as wedding party gifts. As our etched/frosted glasses have a more contemporary and modern look to the traditional engraved glassware, our customers kept using the word "Groovy" to describe them, which is when the name "Groovy Glass" was born.
Having supplied many diverse sectors over the years such as Wineries, the Tourism and Corporate sector, and gift shops in Australia and abroad, this is is by far our favourite Industry to be a part of. It is very exciting for us to know that people will be using our glassware and gifts to celebrate such a wonderful occasion, and that these products will be treasured for years to come.

Nicole Ritchie - Founder/Director
Nicole has always been known for her creative imagination and fantastic designs. From designing costume jewellery in the 80's and early 90's to hand painted glassware in the early to mid 1990's, creating things has always been a strong passion of hers. 1996 was theyear that she branched into etched glassware with it's fresh and modern appearance. Being incredibly fussy to this day, Nicole still applies the artwork to each and every piece made onsite at our factory located in Queensland.
Kassi de Goey – Customer Service Officer
Kassi takes great pride in offering exceptional customer service to each and every Groovy Glass customer. She is currently in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Business majoring in Event Management and International Tourism & Hotel Management. She is involved in all sales, marketing and administration elements of the business and enjoys the challenge of learning new skills which she has been lucky enough to do while working at Groovy Glass. Kassi enjoys being a part of the Groovy Glass team and is looking forward to being involved in creating new products with the rest of the team.
Justine Douglas – Marketing Manager
Justine is a vivacious and incredibly talented Marketing Manager which makes her an essential part of the Groovy Glass team. She has an extensive background in the film, television and marketing industry with a career that includes production management for television production crews of over 75 people, event management and marketing for one of Brisbane's high profile sporting teams, and over 12 years experience marketing Brisbane's largest film & television company throughout the world.
